Backs do not just go out. Most people who experience back pain have had to endure that pain for quite some time. In most cases back pain does not come from the back but starts in an imbalanced pelvis, rotated knee, tight hamstrings or imbalanced foot. This workshop will shed new light on the back and will provide the information and resources in which to cure it. We will dismantle the core myth and demonstrate how to properly bring the body back into balance. People who have had years of sciatica will come to a new understanding of their issues. Materials will be provided for the participants to take home and utilize in their own healing. Most people are doing the wrong things when it comes to back care management. This workshop will provide the right answers to once and for all cure oneself from back pain. Open to all.

Come learn how to release one of the most important muscles in the body—the psoas.
The psoas is a deep core muscle that is problematic for many people. This muscle attaches to the inner thigh, runs through the groin and into the lumbar spine. Many people suffer from hamstring issues, groin problems and chronic back pain because the psoas is chronically inflamed. This workshop will provide some of the following:

  • Simple and easy stretches that help to release the psoas
  • An array of vital leading edge information about the myth of the core and the back
  • Provide a dynamic new view of the body as a tensegrity model and not as a column
  • Give relief to those who are stuck in psoas pain
  • Learn how to balance the hips by freeing the psoas
  • Come to understand the body as a series of cables and pulleys that need to be lengthened and not strengthened
  • Apply MicroYoga; concepts to releases the psoas from the inside out
